Shipping
Many of TLPC pictures and cards produced are made to order and can be personalised. Therefore please refer to the individual items for lead times as these may vary due to demand. I also may need to close my order books for certain items again due to demand therefore please read the turnaround time information carefully on the product description page before completing your purchase.

UK Mainland Standard Delivery via the Royal Mail
All little pictures and cards are sent 1st class so should reach you within 3-5 working days of being dIspatched.
International shipping
TLPC is currently only sending products to the UK Mainland.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you LOVE your purchases as much as we loved creating them however if you are dissatisfied in any way please contact charlotte@thelittlepictureclub no later than 7 days after receiving your item.
If the item needs to be returned for any reason the customer will be responsible for sending the items purchased back to The Little Picture Club at their cost.

Unfortunately if the item purchased is personalised or a made to order bespoke commission we are unable to offer a refund or return on these items.
